Krüger Cast aluminium roaster

The cast aluminium aroma roaster in black combines versatility and functionality for preparing a wide variety of dishes. With dimensions of approx. 34.5 cm x 24 cm x 9 cm and a capacity of approx. 5.5 litres, it offers sufficient space for roasts, goose and stews. Thanks to the durable Greblon non-stick coating, searing is possible with little fat and without food sticking. The energy-saving base ensures even heat storage and efficient heat distribution. The roasting pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and can withstand temperatures of up to 200°C in the oven, and up to 180°C with the lid. The glass lid with integrated flavour knob makes it possible to add liquids such as stock or wine without opening the lid, which keeps the food particularly succulent. The sturdy side handles sit comfortably in the hand and make serving easier. Cleaning is easy with hot water and washing-up liquid. This cookware combines well thought-out design with practical functions and is ideal for stews, roasts and gentle cooking processes.
