The KoMoMio is an electric grain mill with grinding stones for producing ground flours at home. The machine is made from beech wood and components made from recycled plastic, featuring a design that fits any kitchen style.

The ceramic and corundum-ceramic grinding mechanism is powered by a 400-watt motor operating at low speed. The KoMoMio Verde Acqua, suitable for home use, is a combination of innovation and ecological design. The hopper, made entirely of solid beech wood, can hold up to 1,200 grams of product. The beech wood frame with colored accents in recycled plastic completes the look of the KoMoMio, which is available in six different colors and is suitable for both beginners and professional cooks. With a power of 360 watts, the KoMoMio grinds 100 grams of grain per minute or more when set to a coarser grind.

The corundum-ceramic mills can process grains such as wheat, rye, and spelt, as well as rice, corn, buckwheat, and quinoa, along with legumes like lentils, spices, or coffee. To adjust the grinding mechanism, simply turn the filling hopper for an immediate end result.

Maintenance and cleaning of the mill are, as with all Waldner mills, simple and quick. No tools are required, as all components are easily accessible.
