Grain Mill Fidibus Medium

This handcrafted grain mill, Komo Fidibus Medium, is made in Austria using high-quality materials. The casing is made of solid beech wood, carefully refined and lubricated with organic vegetable oil to ensure a longer lifespan and excellent stability. The powerful industrial motor delivers 360 W and drives the internal small grinding mechanisms, which can operate for hours. This mill is delivered in its robust, shock-resistant original packaging.

It is not suitable for chickpeas, grass, oilseeds such as sesame, flax, popcorn, or fibrous materials. It is suitable for spices, dry grains, and legumes.

Only use clean and dry grains. Dry grains are easily recognizable; simply crush them with a spoon against a hard surface. Dry grains will crunch, while moist grains are soft and similar to oatmeal.
