  • The Klarstein Appenzell Peak raclette with grill is the perfect partner for a successful raclette evening with friends or family. - This is how to enjoy raclette in the traditional way: Noble matured cheese, melted from the block and spread on baguette or meat. The cheese is clamped directly into the cheese carrier and positioned under the 1000 watt heating element. - The height can be easily adjusted to determine how quickly the cheese reaches a creamy consistency. The cheese carrier can also be swivelled sideways and tilted horizontally to easily distribute the cheese on the respective plate. - Of course, the heat output can be adjusted using the thermostat switch: If you prefer your cheese darker, set the temperature higher. The robust design and the stand ensure absolute safety during operation. - In addition to the cheese raclette, the Appenzell Peak also offers the option of using a grill on the top of the appliance. Here you can easily grill meat or vegetables that go perfectly with the melted cheese.
