The motor is quiet and durable, and the original planetary mixer allows for quick and thorough mixing, touching the bowl at 59 points per revolution. This food processor comes with a 4.7 L copper bowl with a food-safe stainless steel interior. It develops a unique patina over time, but can also be polished depending on preference. The food processor comes with a stainless steel whisk, dough hook, flat beater and pastry stirrer. For your further development as a maker, there are also many practical optional attachments (sold separately) that you can attach to the
