With the iSi Rapid Infusion Set you can infuse liquids with different flavours in a very short time. You can read exactly how it works here: Add herbs, fruits, or spices to your iSi Gourmet Whip with a liquid such as water, oil, vinegar, or alcohol. Pressurize the device with an iSi cream capsule. In this way, the aromas of the solids are incorporated into the liquids, giving them their very own individual touch. Shake the Gourmet Whip briefly and then let the liquid rest for 30-40 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. With the iSi Rapid Infusion "Snorkel" you can then carefully release the pressure. The iSi Rapid Infusion Set consists of 100% stainless steel or 100% silicone and is dishwasher safe.
