With the Kisag Professional Whipped Cream Dispenser, you can prepare both hot and cold dishes, such as cream soups, sauces, mousses, foams, and of course, whipped cream. And you can do this completely stress-free and always just-in-time: You can prepare your whipped creations in advance and fill them into the Kisag Whipped Cream Dispenser Professional some time before serving. If the contents are to be served cold, simply place the dispenser with its contents in the refrigerator. When preparing sauces and soups that you want to store in the dispenser, the device can be placed in a Bain-Marie heated up to 75°C. This way, the contents remain warm until serving.

Both the bottle body and the device head, as well as one of the three included serving nozzles, are made entirely of brushed stainless steel and are dishwasher safe. The temperature-resistant silicone seal can be easily removed for better cleaning thanks to a tab. To ensure you can hold and operate the dispenser comfortably even with wet hands, the device head is covered with a non-slip silicone layer on the outside.

Note on shelf life in the refrigerator: When sealed in the dispenser and kept cool in the refrigerator, the UHT cream processed under ideal hygienic conditions remains fresh for up to 10 days.
