The Damascus kitchen knife is forged from a total of 67 different layers of AUS-10 super steel. This Damascus steel can be sharpened much more intensely than conventional knives.

Due to the particularly high hardness of the Damascus steel blade, which is rated at 61 (+/- 1) HRC, the knife stays sharp significantly longer than traditional kitchen knives.

We place great importance on the craftsmanship of our Kirosaku knives, which is why we use extremely high-quality materials.

With its slightly shorter Santoku blade, this knife is perfect for all home cooks, as it is much easier to handle.
