KINGHOFF two-stage knife sharpener. It combines two functions: coarse sharpening of steel knives and final sharpening of steel knives. Sharpen dull edges with metal files (coarse grind) and smooth out roughly sharpened edges with ceramic files (finishing grind). To sharpen the knife, pull it through the slot several times with light pressure, first coarsely and then finely.
