Extremely heavy cast iron with a diameter of 24 cm and a detachable KINGHOFF handle. The cast iron is thick and heavy, allowing it to retain heat well and maintain high temperatures. The black surface has been achieved through a unique process of burning cast iron in vegetable oil at very high temperatures. The oxidized surface reduces susceptibility to rust. The bottom is smooth. The wooden handle is screwed on. The product is suitable for all types of kitchens as well as induction cookers. Size: 24 cm x 5.0 cm. Usage instructions: Hand wash only (not dishwasher safe). Wash and dry before use. Rinse with a brush after use. Rub with vegetable oil after drying. Do not cook acidic foods. Do not store food.
