Knife made of high-quality Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with a high carbon content of 1.4028/X30Cr13. An important feature of this steel is its resistance to all types of scratches, wear, and corrosion. The blade is made of chrome-molybdenum steel, extremely hard, resistant to deformation, and easy to sharpen. The knife is crafted using traditional techniques from a single piece of steel. The Bakelite-coated handles are ergonomic and provide a secure, non-slip grip. Blade length: 12 cm, total length: 24 cm.
