Kilner Fermentation set

The existing Kilner® fermentation series is being expanded with a larger 5-liter glass. With this generous glass, you can produce larger quantities of delicious, fermented foods enriched with additional vitamins, minerals, and probiotic cultures. The silicone lid with airlock allows for the release of gas while preventing any air from entering the glass during the fermentation process. The clever design of the silicone plate and glass weight ensures that the contents are submerged in the brine, preventing any spoilage.
