The fully automatic canner has an output of 2000 watts and a capacity of 27 litres, which offers space for approx. 14 jars of 1 litre each. It is easy to operate thanks to the digital display and the temperature and time selector switch. The temperature can be set continuously from 30°C to 100°C, with a MAX setting for continuous operation at full power. A red temperature indicator light shows when the desired temperature has been reached. There is also an integrated timer and an automatic switch-off function.
