The Kensaki Santoku knife from the Kona series is made from 67 layers of high-quality Damascus steel and features a blade measuring 18.6 cm, showcasing the distinctive, unique pattern that makes Damascus knives so exceptional. A vacuum heat treatment gives the 2.2 mm thick blade a hardness of 60±2 HRC, ensuring stability, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handle made of G10 material completes the 245-gram knife.
