Good fishing! You have the fish, we have the right pan for it. Thanks to its oval shape (41 x 28 cm), there is plenty of room for every fish in the pan. The excellent heat performance combined with the proven KELOMAT Plus quality non-stick coating allows for gentle and quick preparation, ensuring that nothing sticks or burns. This way, all the flavors and nutrients of the fresh fish are optimally preserved.

Fast and even heat conduction

On the outside, the pan features a pore-tight special enamel, making it easy to care for and virtually indestructible. Functionally, it leaves nothing to be desired: the pan heats up incredibly quickly thanks to the strong thermo-stable base and is ready to use in no time (the heat can easily be reduced afterwards). The ergonomically shaped plastic insulating handle fits comfortably in the hand and allows for easy handling.

The ceramic coating is robust. However, handling scratching or sharp objects in the pan should be avoided. It is best to use our plastic kitchen utensils.
