Oval cast iron roaster 33 x 26 cm, 6 L with lid

This cocotte is perfect for slow-cooking braised and oven dishes. It allows for braising through excellent heat distribution and retention. In this braiser, dishes can be seared and then cooked gently for hours with minimal energy. This results in particularly tender dishes and a unique flavor experience. The oval shape makes the pot ideal for large poultry.

The lid preserves the aromas, keeping the dishes flavorful. The lid knob is made of solid stainless steel, making it suitable for the oven as well. Heat resistant up to 300 degrees.

The rough enamel coating inside and out gives dishes an even more intense flavor due to the larger surface area.
