Cast iron roasting pan, round 24 cm Ø, 3.8 L, with lid. Cast iron roasters are excellent heat accumulators and ideal for cooking and serving. Perfect braising thanks to good heat distribution and storage. Dishes can be seared in this casserole and then cooked for hours with little energy. This makes the dishes particularly tender and excellent in flavour. Also very suitable for baking bread.

The lid preserves the flavours and the dishes remain tasty. The lid knob is made of solid stainless steel and is therefore also suitable for the oven. Heat-resistant up to 300 degrees.

The smooth enamel outer coating in glossy light grey cuts a fine figure in the kitchen and on the table. Enamelled inner coating with a light and smooth surface - for easy cooking and cleaning.
