The blade is made of VG10 steel with cobalt and a higher carbon content, achieving a hardness of 59-60° HRC.

This high-quality, hard cutting knife is not suitable for chopping bones or similar tasks.

The handle is made of duroplastic linen thermosetting resin, is durable, and fits comfortably in the hand.
