Kaiser Springform pan Inspiration Inspiration Ø 18 cm

Available from summer 2017. A springform allows you to release the side wall with the help of a tension lever: the ring opens, and you can remove the base of the mold and also reattach it. With a flat base, cakes and cake layers can be easily made in the springform. The base with a central chimney replaces a bundt pan for pound cakes and gugelhupf. Unlike other baking pans, the finished cake is not inverted from the springform. Instead, you release the tension lever – the cake separates on its own thanks to the non-stick coating – and lift the ring away. Since the bottom support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springback pans are completely leak-proof. They come in various sizes and shapes, such as round, square, or heart-shaped. Ring diameter is 18 cm, diameter with base is 20 cm.
