They are easier to open and close thanks to an enlarged, ergonomically optimized grip area compared to baking pans with a conventional tension lever, making them ideal for both left- and right-handed users. The aesthetically pleasing 'K' design of the tension lever also stands out. All La Forme Plus springforms feature the ceramic non-stick coating KAIRAMIC®, ensuring that cakes, bread, and quiches do not stick. The scratch-resistant bases of the pans are coated with a glass-hard enamel that leaves no cut marks from knives.
