The decisive factor for the function of every springform pan is its closure. That is why Kaiser has developed the new SafeClicK mechanism, which makes the springform moulds in the La Forme Plus series absolutely leak-proof. Thanks to an enlarged, ergonomically optimised grip surface, they are easier to open and close than baking moulds with a conventional clamping lever - ideal for left and right-handed people. The shapely "K" look of the clamping lever is also eye-catching. All La Forme Plus springforms also have the ceramic non-stick coating Kairamic to prevent cake, bread and quiche from baking. The scratch-resistant bottoms of the moulds have a glass-hard enamel coating on which knives leave no cutting marks.
