Available from summer 2017. With a springform pan, you can release the side wall using a tension lever: the ring opens, allowing you to remove the base of the pan and reattach it. With a flat base, cakes and cake layers are easily made in the springform pan. The base with a central chimney replaces a bundt pan for pound cakes and gugelhupf. Unlike other baking pans, the finished cake is not inverted out of the springform. Instead, you release the tension lever – the cake naturally releases itself thanks to the non-stick coating – and lift the ring away from the cake. Since the bottom support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springform pans are completely leak-proof. They come in various sizes and shapes, such as round, square, or heart-shaped.

The KAISER collection promises six different shapes and multiple possibilities with its traditional black coating. It's best to get started right away, mixing the cake batter and pouring it into the springform with a tube base. A heart-shaped cake can also be made effortlessly in the appropriate thin-walled form. All springform pans are leak-proof and can be easily opened and closed with the handy tension lever. If you prefer to bake bread instead of cake, you can use the loaf pan. Greasing is unnecessary, as nothing sticks thanks to the high-quality coating. You can easily lift the finished cake out of even challenging shapes like the gugelhupf pan. KAISER offers a three-year warranty on the robust baking pans, which are to be cleaned by hand.
