Available from summer 2017. A springform allows you to release the side wall using a tension lever: The ring opens, and you can remove the base of the form and also reinsert it. With a flat base, cakes and cake layers are easily made in the springform. The base with a central chimney replaces a bundt pan for pound cakes and gugelhupf. Unlike other baking pans, the finished cake is not inverted out of the springform. Instead, you release the tension lever – the cake comes away easily thanks to the non-stick coating – and lift the ring upwards. Since the bottom support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springback pans are completely leak-proof. They are available in various sizes and shapes, such as round, square, or heart-shaped.

The KAISER collection offers six different shapes and numerous possibilities, promising inspiration with its traditional black coating. It's best to get started right away, mixing the cake batter and pouring it into the springform with a tube base. A heart-shaped cake can also be made effortlessly in the appropriate tin made of thin sheet metal. All springforms are leak-proof and can be easily opened and closed with the handy tension lever. If you prefer to bake bread instead of cake, you can use the loaf pan. Greasing is unnecessary because nothing sticks, thanks to the high-quality coating. You can easily lift the finished cake out of challenging forms like the bundt pan. KAISER offers a three-year warranty on the robust baking pans, which are to be cleaned by hand.
