Contents: 1x round cake base pan / baking sheet with fluted edge 28 cm (capacity 1.5 l). Article number: 2300621111. Material: steel with non-stick coating (1-layer PES coating with a small amount of PTFE). Oven-safe, heat-resistant up to 230 °C. BPA-free. Made in Germany. Excellent release and easy cleaning, as well as good corrosion resistance thanks to effective non-stick properties. The cake is evenly baked due to the good heat conduction of the steel. The edge is slightly turned down for better handling. High-quality Kaiser quality ensured by in-house production in Germany.

You can recognize the quiche and fruit cake pan by its fluted edge. The use is very simple: place the pastry base in the leak-proof pan. Once the cake or quiche is fully baked, invert it onto a cooling rack and let it cool. Nothing sticks – even the crumbly pastry of the quiche comes off without damage. You can then top it with sweet or savory ingredients.

With this collection, baking becomes your easiest task, as Kaiser Classic offers the right pan for every cake idea. In twelve different baking pans in classic black, cake bases and bundt cakes succeed just as well as sweet breads and Frankfurt crowns. The round springform is available in five different sizes with an interchangeable tube base, as well as for heart-shaped cakes. The spring baking tray for cheesecake and pizza features a conical edge that can be fully opened with a tension lever. Made from high-quality thin sheet metal, it conducts heat well and ensures even browning of the dough. The pans are energy-efficient, scratch-resistant, and easy to clean.
