Contents: 1x cake base mold / round baking tray with fluted edge 30 cm (capacity 1.62 l). Material: steel with non-stick coating (1-layer PES coating with a small amount of PTFE). Oven-safe, heat-resistant up to 230 °C. BPA-free. Made in Germany. Excellent release and easy cleaning, as well as good corrosion resistance due to effective non-stick properties. The cake is baked evenly thanks to the good heat conduction of the steel. The edge is slightly turned down for better handling. The round springform is available in five different sizes with an interchangeable tube base, as well as for heart-shaped cakes. The spring tray for cheesecake and pizza features a conical edge that can be fully opened with a tension lever. Made from high-quality thin steel, it conducts heat well, ensuring even browning of the dough. The molds are energy-efficient, scratch-resistant, and easy to clean.
