Easily bake delicious cinnamon stars yourself: 2 silicone baking mats for 24 beautifully shaped cinnamon stars. The silicone makes the mats flexible, allowing the finished stars to be easily released. Effortless spreading of the dough thanks to uniform cutouts for nicely shaped stars: fill the lower baking mat with dough, place the upper mat for the icing (remove for baking).

Delicious cinnamon stars are a must during the Christmas season! The Kaiser cinnamon star silicone mold is extremely flexible and has a non-stick effect. This makes it particularly easy to release the cinnamon stars – greasing is usually not necessary. With the baking mat, you can easily bake 42 cinnamon stars at once without spending much time cutting out the stars. Spread the dough with a spatula into the dough mold mat. For the icing, place the upper icing mat and apply the cinnamon glaze accordingly. The icing mat is removed again for baking. Let the finished cinnamon stars cool and gently press from the back to release them from the mold.

Due to its temperature resistance, the star mat can also be used for making pralines, parfaits, mousses, ice confections, jellies, pastries, or mini terrines.
