The Wasabi series includes a handle designed with a unique combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene, ensuring optimal hygiene – enhanced by the naturally antibacterial properties of the bamboo components. The black handle completely encases the blade, securely connecting it to the handle and preventing dirt accumulation. The Wasabi knife set includes the following knives: Wasabi Black utility knife, blade 10 cm, Wasabi Black utility knife, blade 15 cm, and Wasabi Black Santoku knife, blade 16.5 cm.
