Wasabi Black – polished blade, black handle: The knives developed in Japan feature a stainless steel blade with a polished finish (with a hardness of 58±1 HRC), giving your kitchen a distinctive Far Eastern flair. For the Wasabi series, a handle was designed that combines bamboo powder and polypropylene to provide optimal hygiene – enhanced by the naturally antibacterial properties of the bamboo components. The black handle completely encases the blade, ensuring a secure connection to the handle and preventing dirt accumulation. The Wasabi knife set includes the following knives: Wasabi Black utility knife, blade 10 cm, Wasabi Black utility knife, blade 15 cm, and Wasabi Black Santoku knife, blade 16.5 cm.
