Each of the carefully crafted damask knives has been meticulously customised by the Japanese blacksmiths from Seki City to suit its respective area of application. Thanks to the particularly symmetrical shape of their walnut handle, all shapes provide precise cutting performance for both right-handed and left-handed users.
