For the groundbreaking Shun Premier Tim Mälzer series, Kai developed additional knives made from 32 layers of corrosion-resistant Damascus steel. These are refined with a hand-hammered surface known as Tsuchime in Japan, combining timeless aesthetics with ultimate sharpness. The blades feature a solid core made of VG Max steel with a hardness of 61±1 HRC. The Shun Premier steak knife set includes two steak knives. This set is ideal as a gift. The hand-hammered surface of the blades is a real eye-catcher, and the elegant walnut wood handle provides a good grip while cutting.
