Kai celebrates the sale of ten million Shun knives with the Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury Set, limited to 6,000 pieces. The Kohen Anniversary Luxury Set includes a chef's knife with a 20 cm blade and a utility knife with a 15 cm blade, made from uniquely patterned 72-layer dual-core Damascus steel with a hardness of 60 HRC.

The red and black pakkawood handle of the Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury Set is durable and comfortable to hold. The Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury Set knives have a full tang, which ensures an optimum balance between blade and handle. The high-quality aluminium case provides safe storage; two leather sheaths are also included to protect the blades outside the case.
