Limited Edition - To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the coveted SHUN knife series, KAI presents the Shun Engetsu Edition (translated: Full Moon), marking the 20th anniversary of its renowned Shun brand as a strictly limited and ultra-exclusive special series of the highest quality: 71 alternating layers of VG10 and VG2 stainless steel create a unique and extravagant blade pattern that provides different performance zones along the edge. The symmetrically shaped Pakkawood handle impresses with its elegant royal blue-black wood grain and artistic inlay, ensuring perfect balance while cutting through the combination of a forged tang and solid end cap. The 20 cm chef's knife is limited to 906 pieces in Europe.
