Product details

The Red Wood bread knife cuts very smooth through hard crust due to a special serrated edge. The 22.5 cm long blade of the Red Wood bread knife allows long straight cuts. The serrated edge of the Red Wood bread knife, which is directed outwards from the centre of the blade, cuts just as well when pulling as when pushing the blade. Due to the particularly hard blade steel with 58 Rockwell hardness, the serrated edge remains sharp for a long time.
