The innovative Seki Magoroku Composite chef's knife has a blade sharpened on both sides. The blade of the Chef's Knife Composite combines two different types of steel, creating an exciting contrast on the blade.
The two types of steel of the Composite chef's knife are joined with a special copper soldering, whereby the delicate copper line between the types remains visible as a special detail.
The slender handle of the Composite chef's knife is made of light-coloured pakka wood and its shape and transverse grain give it a particularly light dynamic.
