The innovative Seki Magoroku bread knife Composite features a double-edged blade. The blade of the bread knife combines two different types of steel, creating an exciting contrast. The highly polished edge is made of VG-10 steel with a hardness of HRC 61±1, while the satin-finished spine of the blade is made of SUS420J2 steel. The methodology used in the composition of the composite blade is based on a new technology from aerospace engineering, which allows for very high strength and extreme precision.
