The knife slices bread, rolls, and baguettes with a light and clean cut. But it’s not just for bread; it can also precisely and beautifully cut roasts, pumpkin, melon, or other large items. The knife, featuring a serrated edge, is made from a single piece of high-quality stainless steel with a hardness of 58 HRC. The black plastic handle is designed symmetrically, making it suitable for both right and left-handed users.
