The Nagare bread knife with the dual-core blade is manufactured using an innovative forging process. This process combines two types of steel (VG-10 and VG-2) into a 72-layer Damascus steel. The combination of these two steels results in a Rockwell hardness of 61.

The distinctive appearance of the double-edged blade of the Nagare bread knife provides long-lasting cutting performance. The Nagare bread knife features an ergonomically shaped handle made of water-resistant Pakkawood.
