The KAI Deba knife sets standards in terms of sharpness and durability with its 15 cm long stainless steel blade. It impresses with a hardness of 56 to 58 HRC, resulting in remarkable edge retention. The knife expertly handles filleting fish as well as cutting through small bones and cartilage. The ergonomic handle, thanks to the skillful combination of Pakkawood and PP plastic, offers maximum comfort and supports the excellent maneuverability of the single-beveled knife. By hand washing, the product maintains its exceptional qualities.
