This high-quality fondue set in a "tiles" style appears very modern and refreshing despite its traditional shape and decor. The caquelon is a proprietary development by Kadastar. Notably, it features a thick ceramic base that optimally absorbs and distributes heat. This ensures that the cheese melts more evenly and does not burn into the glaze.

The edge of the rechaud is raised, securely holding the caquelon in place.

Ceramic caquelons must always be cleaned gently by hand.
Kadastar's ceramic caquelons do not need to be soaked in a water bath before first use.
Customers often forget that ceramics and stoneware are natural products that react to temperature changes. Therefore, it is important to inform customers about the correct usage. Caquelons must be completely dry before heating on the stove and should be warmed up slowly together with the stove plate. Never shock with cold water!.
