The enamel pot made of steel offers many advantages compared to a ceramic caquelon. It is more durable, lighter, and also induction-compatible. Our pot is enameled inside and out, which makes cleaning easier. The elegant wooden handle with burn protection is made from FSC-certified ash wood.
