The aluminum bread pan is the undisputed king of bread pans. This bread pan has straight sides and a lid, allowing you to bake evenly sized square-shaped and soft bread. Without the lid, the bread rises into the traditional plump shape of toast. It is excellent for browning, can withstand high temperatures and freezing, and conducts heat exceptionally well. The only thing aluminum does not tolerate is acidic products like raw berries. Therefore, when making frozen desserts, we recommend lining the pan with cling film to prevent the acidity of the berries from ruining the surface of the aluminum. Aluminum products must be washed by hand, as machine washing damages the aluminum.
