With a 20 cm chef's knife, an 18 cm Santoku knife, and a 15 cm utility knife, this set is designed for various cutting techniques. The blades are made from Japanese AUS-10 stainless steel, treated through high-temperature vacuum and cold nitrogen processing, featuring hand polishing at 15° per side, ensuring exceptional sharpness and long-lasting durability with a Rockwell hardness of 58 ± 2. The ensemble is complemented by ergonomically shaped Pakkawood handles.
