Product details

The HOSHANHO Damascus knife set consists of a 20 cm chef's knife, an 18 cm Santoku knife and a 9.5 cm paring knife. The knives are made from 67 layers of Damascus steel and have a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC for long-lasting sharpness. The VG10 steel cutting core increases the durability and stability of the blades. The fine polished edge of the knives ensures precise cutting, giving each side an angle of 9-12 degrees. The ergonomic design of the olive wood handle not only offers comfort, but is also compatible for right and left-handed users.
