The HOSHANHO Damascus Knife Set includes a 20 cm chef's knife, an 18 cm Santoku knife, and a 9.5 cm paring knife. The knives are made from 67 layers of Damascus steel, providing long-lasting sharpness with a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC. The VG10 steel cutting core enhances the durability and stability of the blades. The fine polished edge of the knives ensures precise cutting, with each side having an angle of 9–12 degrees. The ergonomic olive wood handle design offers comfort and is suitable for both right and left-handed users.
