Homey VITT meat knife

A carving knife is generally used for cutting larger pieces of meat such as roasts, ham, or turkey. This is claimed by the 20 cm long blade of Homey's Svart carving knife! The handle is made from next-generation wheat straw fibers. The wheat fibers are reinforced through a special manufacturing process with polymer resin. This is not the well-known polymer resin, but a similar type of new biological materials. These do not contain toxic and aggressive substances, heavy metals, or harmful ingredients like Bisphenol-A. The razor-sharp blade (20 cm) is made of stainless 3Cr13 steel. It features an ergonomic handle made from sustainable wheat straw. It is officially dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.
