The bread knife from Homey's Vitt series, designed for cutting through tough crusts, is different from a regular bread knife. The handle is made from next-generation wheat grass fibers. The wheat fibers are reinforced with a special production process using polymer resin. This is not the polymer resin we are familiar with, but a similar type of new biological materials. These do not contain toxic and aggressive substances, heavy metals, or harmful ingredients like Bisphenol A. It features a razor-sharp blade (20 cm) made of stainless 3Cr13 steel with a coarse serrated edge. The ergonomic handle is made from sustainable wheat grass. It is officially dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.
