The Home Safety Knife Set consists of three kitchen knives. Each knife in this set is made from 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel and features a V-sharp edge with a sharpening angle of 15° on each side, achieved through careful hand sharpening. The ergonomically shaped natural resin handle with metal mosaic rivets fits comfortably in the hand. The knives range from 14.8 to 19.5 cm in length and have a Rockwell hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC, making them the ideal choice for cutting fish, meat, and vegetables.
