The set consists of two corundum sharpening stones measuring 18 cm x 6 cm, featuring a combination of two different grits. Depending on your needs, you can use the coarser grit 400/1000 or the finer grit 3000/8000. Additionally, there is a 21.5 cm x 9 cm bamboo base and two silicone stone holders to secure the sharpening stone. The angle guide protects against injuries and ensures that even beginners can maintain the correct sharpening angle. The leather strip is used to deburr and polish the sharpened knife. The flattening stone or fixing stone is used to maintain the surface of the sharpening stone, removing grooves or remaining particles to preserve sharpening performance.
