Product details

This carving knife impresses with its blade shape. The slight flexibility of the blade allows for easy separation from the bone and is also advantageous for subsequent slicing and plating. Made from 67 layers of Damascus steel with a core layer of VG10 steel, the blade offers excellent edge retention with a hardness of 60 HRC. Notably, the Japanese Hokkaku handle shape is crafted from attractive walnut wood, ensuring ergonomics and safe handling. This premium kitchen knife is delivered in an elegant black gift box.
