The curved 67-layer blade made of Damascus steel with a core layer of VG10 steel fulfils the highest demands. A Rockwell hardness of 60 HRC ensures a long edge retention. The walnut handle is designed in the typical Japanese Hokkaku shape and is comfortable to hold even when used for long periods of time. These first-class chef's knives are supplied in elegant black gift packaging.
