Product details

With a 67-layer blade made of Japanese Damascus steel and a core layer of AUS-10V steel, the CJH Chef chef's knife is a real highlight, and not just in terms of design. A Rockwell hardness of 60 HRC guarantees a long edge retention and sharpness. The ergonomic handle in chestnut shape (Japanese: kurigata) is made of beautifully grained olive wood, red G10 separating layers and a matt brushed stainless steel end cap and is very comfortable to hold. These first-class chef's knives are supplied in elegant black gift packaging.
