The Opinel Essentiels kitchen knife series is being expanded to include an exclusive, limited edition variant with olive wood handles. As usual, each set contains a paring knife No 112, a paring knife No 114, a fruit knife No 0113 and a peeler No 115. All blades are made of stainless Sandvik steel. They are supplied in a gift box. To maintain the quality, the knives should only be cleaned by hand. LIMITED EDITION paring knife: blade 9.5 cm - weight 24 g, paring knife: blade 9.5 cm - weight 25 g, fruit knife: blade 7.3 cm - weight 21 g, peeler: cutting width 3.5 cm - weight 19 g
